'If you’re looking to be close to Great sand Dunes NP this is as close as you can get without actually being on the dunes, It’s only a 5min drive. We stayed in a Geo Dome, which was clean and also had a pretty comfortable bed. The Oasis also has really good food as well, I can’t speak to lunch but the breakfast was really great. All in all if you’re visiting the park this is the only place you should consider staying it will make your trip more enjoyable. '

'Nine of us thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay! Space enough for quiet times and group times, indoors and outdoors on the large 2nd floor deck and individual decks. Windows everywhere had us feeling we shared the outdoors in privacy. Hearing birds and the Cuchara River through open windows was a joy. Every bedroom is nice; there isn’t a bedroom that isn’t great. Huge theater-quality TV if you have an event you want to watch. Loved the spacious kitchens, high tech bathrooms, and great radiant...

'If you want some peace and quiet from the road . This little place fits the bill perfectly. It is secluded and tucked away. The area surrounding it is a goldmine of culture, languages and scenery. 14,000 foot peaks an hour away. Charming small towns tucked away in remote areas. An adventure.'
