'Room was small, extremely dusty air vents, enough dust to collect and make a bunny. There are definitely air quality improvements needed and I wouldn't suggest this place for anyone with even the mildest of respiratory issues or scent sensitivity. 'I will NEVER stay ANYWHERE in Syracuse other than this amazing hotel. It’s rated very high and it met and exceeded ALL OF MY EXPECTATIONS! The staff was professional and competent. It was refreshing to not have a person that was dumb or common sense challenged. The room was clean, spacious, extremely comfortable. So comfortable we decided to stay in our room. This place was sold out Saturday night and now, I clearly know why!'
