'The house was beautiful & very clean! It was perfect for our weekend trip. We hit a snag with Vacasa who was handling all the questions for the property owner. They weren’t very good at troubleshooting our problem with the keypad entry code, but we eventually managed to get in. About half hour later we received a call from the owner and she was very kind & we appreciated the call! :) luckily we only required the house for an overnight stay because there wasn’t any WiFi available and our service...

Bonnie was wonderful and had Homemade Strawberry Bread waiting for us, we devoured the whole thing. It was close enough to things we wanted to do and to any food choices we had. I can't wait to go back.'

'Everything you see on the picture is different from what's the apartment look like. No AC or fan. The bed is different from what's on the picture, I couldn't sleep and I had to go book another hotel and left same day because the heat is unbearable and he opened all the windows that allow flies and mosquitoes to enter the apartments, no towel in the bathroom and everything look unkempt, I will not recommend it. That's why he said no refundable but I will get my money back from my bank anyway...
