'A+++ customer service'

'My wife and I found James and Audrey’s place very reasonably priced and quite comfortable. It was spotless with very nice amenities. Quick and easy access to the airport and very peaceful. James is an excellent host and we would definitely do this again!'

'Our stay at Howler House was just as we imagined it could be. The hosts were absolutely amazing and quick with responses. Shanna picked us up from the water taxi, arranged our excursions, and was so helpful with any questions we had about the area. Kenny was there daily cleaning the pool or the yard. We weren't coming to the island for modern amenities, but I was surprised at some of the comforts they are able to provide on the...

'Helpful staff'

'I just want to say that Caye Caulker is a magical place and we will be back. So now to a short review.Prior to the trip, I contacted the host with a couple of questions. They were very quick to reply. Upon check in, we were quickly shown to our accommodation. It looked exactly like advertised. It was clean, well-stocked, the property grounds are well maintained, there are a couple pools right there that you can use, the dock is a short walk down the lane and the staff (either at Valento or...
