'I did NOT see a beach view which totally confused me.This was the reason I choose this property but was disappointed.Breakfast was average but I did enjoy the cookies 🍪. Staff was amazing!'

'The pool was small and shallow. More like a big hot tub but it was nice. The room was nice, except once you pulled the couch out to a bed it took up the whole space, you could not walk around the bed to the window or lamp. We took the PS5 for our daugther and we had to disconnect the cable to hook it up because we couldnt use the feature on the tv to hook it up and then couldnt control the volume. Lucky we took the headphones. Our room was right next to the highway so it was very loud with all...

'The hotel didn´t have hot water throught the stay. They said it was because of the storm but in my opinion they should have fix it the first day. We didn't receive any compensation. Also, I like to have my bed done and they say they clean the room every 3 days, otherwise is a 'refreshment' that is just cleaning the trash bins.'

'We was staying overnight to leave out of cruise the next day. The hotel was very clean, with great breakfast with all that was needed. The staff was very helpful and nice as well. If in the area again we would defiantly stay again. '

'This is a beautiful and clean hotel. We wished we could have stayed longer. Great staff and the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. They even had a laundry room that we could use. I will be looking for TownePlace Suites from now on.'

'The floor in my room was not mopped,I stayed for 4 nights and during that time my room was not serviced at all during my stay.My trashed was not change,no new sheets on the bed.And toiletrees were not stocked.Floor was not mopped.For the priced I paid, I would imagine that would have a clean and proper stocked amenities in my room.Very disappointed!!!'
