Villa bon Bientu is een prachtig, direct aan de zee gelegen huis met eigen toegang tot de zee en het adembenemende "Paradise" huisrif. Andere mooie duikplaatsen en de mooiste stranden van Curacao zijn dichtbij.
Villa bon Bientu is een vakantiehuis gebouwd in 2014/15 op hetJeremi Ocean Resort. De Villa is uitgerust met 24 zonnepanelen en een zonneboiler, de carbonfootprint is praktisch nihil. Bon Bientu betekent in het Papiaments (lokale taal) "goede wind". Villa Bon Bientu gelegen achter de hoogste heuvels van Curacao, profiteert van de koele passaatwind en als gevolg blijft de villa koel en het is zelden nodig om de airconditioning te gebruiken.
In Villa bon Bientu zijn twee ruime, appartementen met zeezicht gerealiseerd. De appartementen zijn voorzien van airconditioning, hebben een keuken met granieten aanrecht en een luxe badkamer met inloop douche en dubbele wastafel. Villa bon Bientu heeft ook een zwembad, groot zonneterras en diverse prive gelegen terrasjes.
De terrassen kunnen gebruikt worden om te zonnebaden, te relaxen of gewoon om naar de altijd veranderende zee te kijken met springende vissen en soms passeerende dolfijnen. Zonsondergangen zijn iedere dag weer prachtig en een avondje in de jacuzzi, onder de heldere sterrenhemel, is zeer romantisch.
Villa bon Bientu heeft direct toegang tot het prachtige blauwe water van de Caribische Zee via de eigen duiktrap. Snorkelen en duiken direct van je eigen terras. Recht voor Villa bon Bientu ligt de duikstek "Paradise" met gezond rif. Voor duikers is er een duikbak en buitendouche.

Omdat Villa bon Bientu aan de meer afgelegen, westelijke kant van Curacao ligt (35 kilometer van het vliegveld) is een huurauto noodzakelijk. Een huurauto geeft je ook de mogelijkheid om het eiland verder te bekijken.

Amazing property
My wife and I stayed here on our hunneymoon. Amazing home with amazing views of the ocean and coastline. Well appointed with a nice pool and hot tub. You can snorkel right out front of the home where fish and coral are abundant. There are a number of amazing beaches within 15-20 minutes. Would definitely come back again…..

Beyond All Expectations
From start to finish, this was one of the best vacation experiences we’ve ever had….and we’ve had dozens! It’s a perfect, private, tropical oasis. Because we’ve visited the island before, we were okay with the distance from “downtown”. We needed a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere and Villa bon Bientu delivered this and more! Oh..and the reef directly in front of the property is incredible. Snorkeling was a dream. Hynrich, the property manager was lovely and very helpful. Super thankful for his generosity. Thanks for sharing your amazing home with us, Cees! We cannot wait to visit again!

Amazing Getaway
From start to finish, staying at this property was amazing. If you love nature and a relaxing atmosphere, you can’t do better. The views are awesome and private reef is incredible, and lots of great beaches not too far away. Both the owner and property manager are very responsive to questions and made sure to follow up during our stay to ensure a positive experience. The worst part about our stay was having to leave! We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent as usual!
This was our second stay at Villa bon Bientu and it was just as wonderful as the first. Very thorough and clear communication with the Cees, the property owner. Welcoming and simple check in/out process with the property manager. And a beautiful villa with superb amenities and amazing views! Hynrich is always so helpful and genuinely offers to help with anything that may come up or questions you may have. You won’t regret staying here, we will be back again and again for sure!

Island paradise!
Villa bon bientu is a little piece of heaven on Earth. It's perfectly tucked away from the busier center of Curacao, which is exactly what we wanted. The view from the patio is truly astonishing. You lose track of all time and thought while enjoying the ocean view. Snorkeling around the entire island is great but no other place had as much coral as there was right off of the back steps of the villa. The house reef was full of life and the water was the clearest on the island. We could not have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon and will definitely be returning in the future!

Beautiful villa, amazing views and all the amenities you need.
This was our 7th trip to Curacao, our first time staying at Villa Bon Bientu, and by far our favorite trip. The apartment is very clean and modern with a large bathroom and kitchen. The views from inside the apartment are only exceeded by the view on the patio when you step outside. The owners provide all of the amenities you will need including beach towels, inflatable floats, charcoal grill for grilling and all the kitchen and cooking utensils for meals. The washer and dryer was also provided for use and is a nice feature to have. Hynrich was very welcoming, friendly and helpful for any questions. There was a mid week cleaning service provided which was unexpected but very nice to have. Hynrich communicated with us anytime someone would be coming by to clean or check on the house. The house reef provides excellent diving and snorkeling with very easy access down the stairs as well as a rinse tub and drying rack for gear and a freshwater shower for rinsing off after a swim or dive. Before and during our trip, Cees was very communicative ensuring we were prepared, had everything we needed during the stay and were enjoying our trip. Thank you, Cees! We will most definitely be staying again soon.

Wow what a view! Best snorkeling on island
We stayed over the 2018 New Years break and this was the best stay we have ever had in our 5 trips to the west side of the island. The location is so nice and quiet..... it is located in a gated development with only a few houses. Mornings where spent walking and running in the large grounds without seeing a soul. Very peaceful. The villa is very clean and well maintained it looked brand new. It was well stocked with everything. Special thought was put into what was needed for you to enjoy your stay. We cooked most of our meals at the villa and found the kitchen had excellent supplies...even including a salad spinner! The bathroom was large with two sinks and nice walk in shower with hot water. Towels where very fluffy and plentiful. The bed was a full king size and very comfortable. The villa has screened windows and it was so nice to have the island breeze blow through the the villa. We only needed to run the air conditioning at night as we like it a bit colder to sleep. There is also a washer and dryer if you need to do some laundry during your stay. The outside living area of the villa is outstanding.... from the hammocks under the shade huts to the hot tub overlooking the ocean for beautiful sunsets, to the easy access via the stairs to the ocean. You can dive or snorkel right there. Great care has been taken to make the yard look beautiful with lots of greenery and flowering plants. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after your swim, a tub to rinse off your snorkel or dive equipment, as well as a drying rack to hang your gear. We are avid snorkelers, spending several of hours in the water every day. We visited several other snorkel sites and this was by far the best reef on the island! Beautiful coral and abundant fish to be seen. There is also a beautiful hiking trail up the road towards Lagun which our host Marjolijne and Cees where gracious enough to take us on. They are very warm and welcoming people. They went out of their way to make sure we had an outstanding stay. This villa is far superior than your typical rental place! We are looking forward to returning soon. Ang & Rudi
