'Room smelled like humidity and mold. Room only had 2 towels. Paint was peeling off and restroom had mold.'

'I am giving this property 4 and a half stars. The thing I liked big trash can outside on the patio . Clean room . Clean towels every day deliver to the room . Friendly friendly staff. The things I didn’t enjoy . Hairdryer was not working , no hangers in the room no coffee . Also cleaning crew came to our room without our permission while we weren’t in the room . They did not have any do not disturb signs. Had to pay quite a bit for the parking each night for that reason I wish they had free...

'Sheets were not clean. Sheets are not breathable fabrics and the area is very humid. Our room had no fridge or microwave. Asked housekeeping twice for towels and never got them. Room smelled like mold and had black mold stains on ceiling. Bathroom walls had hair on them. Hotel is next to a very loud bar that is open until 2am on weekends. Doors closing in rooms around us were loud and constantly woke us up. I wasn’t expecting a palace but even the very bare minimum is not met here.'

'Room was a one bedroom apartment. Bring utensils cookware etc. Located across from Walmart, Dollar Tree, HEB stores so any items you might need can be purchased there. Was about 10 to 15 minutes to SPI. Only con I had was it needs blackout curtains as it is very bright at night inside the room unless you hang a small blanket something like that. Very inexpensive however and you do save a lot of money cooking and eating in the room.'

'Elevator was broken and that was inconvenient. Floors were as clean as possible but still a little sandy floored in rooms. Overall a decent choice and location is great.'

'This was my first time staying here and I was very impressed by the helpful staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel and the great location. I was there for the 4th of July weekend along with my two Yorkies and it was great to find a hotel that is pet friendly and accommodating, it's hard to find a nice hotel and pet friendly and this place fit the bill.'

'Unique older style motel. Close to the highway but secluded & quiet. Room was very clean & A/C was quiet. No microwave or fridge.'

'The pictures on the site are not the rooms that they are showing you TV had no remote control. The pool area had no shade and very ugly maintain hotel. Do not pick this hotel. False advertisement you’re not getting those rooms that they are showing you in the pictures. Also no parking and very small parking lots. Will never book this hotel ever again.'
