'Overall, we enjoyed our time here. The patio was always shaded and cool. I felt safe and the grounds were beautifully kept. Pool was clean. 'Stayed for a week in November. Things were mostly quiet. As everyone else mentions, the check-in process requires a couple different stops around the city and is only a little inconvenient. The property is just steps away from the beach and is really close to some of the popular gathering spots on the island. Would stay here again.'

'Host was 5 Stars! Property was beautifully maintained & condo was really clean. There were just a couple of things I wish I had known ahead of time. First is our reservations clearly stated 3, while there was a place for the third person (my 17 year old daughter) to sleep, there was no bedding, not even a pillow. 'We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Pit property. It was very spacious for a 2 bedroom/2 bath. It was really nice having a covered carport to park our car under during the heat of the day as well as at night. Our two small dogs loved playing in the backyard.
