'Centrally located - everything was about a 15-20 minute drive. We enjoyed this house so much! Made it feel like coming “home” every day. Very cozy, incredible choices of coffee in the baskets & just perfect for our little girls trip weekend in Waco!'

'Our family of 11 including 5 children spent 3 nights at the Florence Family farmhouse such wonderful accommodations, so much inside and outside space very kid friendly Very clean and beautifully decorated. 5 star resort all the way. Highly recommended for a large family or friend group!'

'We stayed at this cute farmhouse during a family reunion at Cedron Park. It was perfect! Very clean and stocked with all necessities. Kids had a great time roasting marshmallows on the backyard gas fire ring. We had one dog and place is completely fenced and pet friendly. Highly recommend. '

'This place is just wonderful. It’s so calming on the front porch, rocking in the chairs, admiring the roses and the lake. Great keurig with k cups and a bottle of wine! The homestead is just up the road and offers a ton. The trail is a nice clean path over to a gear sunset. Loved the horse back riding and Lem was super responsive with my questions. Highly recommend '

'Great property, love the pool and the pool table '

'This property was so great for our family. There were 20 adults and 10 children and the house was perfect. The kitchen was large and fully equipped. It was nice to have most all the rooms with en-suite baths. The grounds felt like summer camp. Zane was a great host and was very accommodating. I highly recommend to any family. We hope to come back again. '

'This was perfect for our family to be able to get together and hang out. We had such a great time. The view is amazing and we just loved our time there. The hosts were great to work with and really accessible. We had the smoothest check in and check out process I have ever experienced. The only slight feedback I would give is that in some places the floor was a little weird, but really it was the best place to stay ever! Easy 5 stars!!!'
