'Great location, communication, and facilities! The only negative response not earning it a perfect “excellent”rating was due to the stained and needing a shampoo carpeting. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and suited our needs beautifully. I would definitely recommend, and stay again! '

'Nice condo, clean. Host was awesome in being flexible about arrival/ departure times. Wish there had been an extra towel but we could wash & we brought our own extra toilet paper (which was needed with only 3 people staying). Location at middle bass is excellent with pretty view of lake and easy to get to PIB by ferry, rent gold cart to see all areas of middle bass, etc. '

'The HOST (aka managing rental company needs to improve upon their communication. Per Vrbo confirmation, the access code was to be sent at Noon on day of arrival. Then HOST said it would be sent before check-in time was was 4pm. We did not get the code until 5:45PM and this was after alot of phone calls and help from island residents. It was off season for the island, last ferry off the Island was 6:30pm. We were cutting it very close if we were going to have to leave because we could not...

'I love the fact that I had a front door and a back door both were very pleasant views'

'The location was perfect!! We had our bicycles and rode downtown and all over the island. Could have easily walked downtown from the Resort. Loved how the rooms were set up and the back door to the pool/hot tub area which was well landscaped. Had everything we needed - Refrigerator, microwave, coffeepot and plenty of room to put everything. Will definitely stay there again!'
