'The ambiance of the property and hotel is lovely. We were a bit put off at arriving an 1 1/2 early and being told without even asking what our names were or what room that it was not ready. We would have preferred them saying they don’t allow early access or charges us a pro rated amount for the room. The restaurant is very good and our waiter was wonderful. Outside of the initial interaction with the front desk, the time was wonderful '

'What a spectacular place on so many levels! Our “cabin” was as luxurious as one can get with high end everything including heated floors, jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace, and a wall of glass overlooking the snow covered woods. The breakfast included was amazingly delicious and diverse with the 2 lovely kitchen staff going above and beyond to offer me gluten free options such as a decadent chocolate brownie, muffins and French toast. Dinner at their Homestead restaurant was a treat also. To top it...

Our stay was fantastic, thanks in large part to Delanie, who was an incredible and accommodating host; her daily breakfasts were easily the highlight of our trip! 'Terrible place to stay, hallways dirty, boxes and other rubish was scattered troughout the hotel. Firealarm was beeping loud in the room, and was hanging from the wall. The room smelled horrible. Went down to check-in and got another room. Smelled a little better but stuff was dirty, dust everywhere. Only superficial cleaning done. This was the only somewhat affordable hotel around but you better drive those extra 25 miles! Never again. '

'The cabin was clean, cozy and provided amenities i did not expect from a rustic cabin. The resort was quiet, peaceful and safe. Checking in and out or even asking questions was a bit confusing as there was never anyone in the store/front desk to assist even tho it says open from noon-8, you're just instructed to go to the bar which doesn't open until 11:30am. Check out is 11am tho so i just left the keys on the desk. '
