'It was very nice and staff were absolutely wonderful to me and my five year old son!!! They let us check in way early at 1 pm instead of the 4 pm check in, and the next day let us check out late at two pm in the afternoon so on top of the pool being well maintained and the property super clean and rooms were very clean as well and comfortable I’d recommend the holiday inn Express in Vernon Hills again and again thanks for the wonderful hospitality!!!'

'The room was spacious! I was on the 2nd floor and didn’t expect the room to have a cathedral ceiling. I had a nice view of the courtyard. The bed was comfortable. The only problem that I incurred encountered was not being able to turn the TV off. The TV was very slow to turn on so maybe the remote needed new batteries. I’d definitely stay here again! '
