'Staying in the Round Lake Beach area to visiting family. Room is great and clean. Pretty view of Fox Lake. Only draw back is it is over a bar. Karaoke comes right up through the floor. Not to much of a problem as the bar closes at 11:00. So just have to suffer through the drunken super star want a be singers. It is good for some laughs. Over all I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. '

'The host was super friendly and greeted us when we arrived. He even left us some root beer and beer in the fridge to welcome us. The flowers outside were very inviting. 'I stayed at The Nest for a weekend with 5 of my friends and we loved it! Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance of The Nest and we LOVED the unique bird theme! It was so fun to try to count all of the birds featured in the residence. It was big enough for all of us, and the trampoline bed was so comfortable! It is right next to a sports bar, but that didn’t keep anybody up and the hosts provided great amenities. Thank you for the fun stay! '

'Neat, clean, well decorated ---the king size bed was absolutely the best sleep experience we've had! We enjoyed being in walking distance of restaurants and local businesses. The surrounding neighborhood features homes dating back to the late 1800's, early 1900's making for an interesting and relaxing walkabout. The hosts were attentive checking in with us to make sure our stay was comfortable.'
