'Good location and kind staff'

'Pictures and hotel website are a bit deceiving. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and hospitality. Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. Breakfast is basic and plastic cutlery, plates, etc only. Would not stay again.'

'The rooms were very big and fit our family of five well this was a last-minute stay as the hotel we booked (in a different city) was awful and we had to drive and find another hotel. I was super pleased with this stay. The breakfast was delicious and it was super close to the mall and Topgolf.'

'The hotel location and amenities were fine, good for our purpose which was to watch a concert at the arena next door. What was terrible was that on our first day of our 2-day stay, the room was not made up when we were out all day. I called the front desk who asked at once whether I had the privacy sign up. I had not. They then said rooms aren't made up each day but if we wanted they could do it now. It was nearly 6 pm. We said no. I asked what the policy was and they said that rooms are never...

'The rooms were perfect. We came to have a weekend at Chateau Elon without paying $600 per night for a room. It’s literally 7 minutes from Chateau Elon and half the price! The staff were nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. I will definitely stay here again.'
