'Didn’t like the smell'

'Pictures and hotel website are a bit deceiving. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and hospitality. Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. Breakfast is basic and plastic cutlery, plates, etc only. Would not stay again.'

'The hotel location and amenities were fine, good for our purpose which was to watch a concert at the arena next door. What was terrible was that on our first day of our 2-day stay, the room was not made up when we were out all day. I called the front desk who asked at once whether I had the privacy sign up. 'The room was very clean and staff was welcoming. The breakfast was great and the kids loved it overall. My only con was that we were on spring break and the pool wasn't even open. The kids were disappointed about that. But would definitely stay again.'

'What a great place to stay!!! I cannot say enough great things. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They had amenities we didn’t need that were a great feature…things like a gym, kitchens in the room, continental breakfast, and well located. We would definitely stay here again!!'
