'Lanier Island is beautiful. The Legacy Lodge is okay, we wouldn't go back. The toilet in our room took 5-6 flushes to clear even liquid waste. We notified the Cleaner, but it was not fixed. The floor in our room was seeping water right next to the bed. I asked the Cleaner if she could please mop it, thinking she missed it. I watched her mop it as we waited to leave and when we came back it was wet again. That's when I realized it was coming up from under the flooring. The next morning it...

'The room was very clean and smelled fresh. My wife and I stayed for six days, and housekeeping cleaned the room every day. It felt comfortable and welcoming, almost like being at home. The staff were extremely kind, polite, attentive, and helpful. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was very weak, and cell phone service often dropped. I will be back when I go vacation there'
