'Overall the stay was good, but I have some critical points. On the website it says they have laundry facilities. I went to the desk and asked where the room was to do laundry and was told they DON’T have a laundry room, but I was told I could go across the street and do my laundry at a laundromat. The laundry facilities was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel, and I feel it’s not fair to advertise you have laundry facilities when you really don’t. Then there’s an issue with the towels....

'Dirty. Tables in the room had cup rings and sticky spots. Mold in the shower. Hallways were not vacuumed in a while. Elevator is very scetchy. Only used it when moving suitcases. Otherwise used stairs. They needed cleaning too. Breakfast was supposed to go until 9 but they had waffle makers shut off by 8:45. And that was Saturday morning. Families were being turned away. Chairs in the breakfast area in desperate need of upholstering. Walking in the breakfast area was so sticky it was like...
