'The hotel is consistently clean, quiet and nice. We feel safe and know the rooms are updated regularly and are well maintained. I think they could invest in some new towels but the ones we used were white, clean and acceptable. The bed is way too hard for my husband but the sheets are soft and the pillows are nice. 'Overall the stay was good, but I have some critical points. On the website it says they have laundry facilities. I went to the desk and asked where the room was to do laundry and was told they DON’T have a laundry room, but I was told I could go across the street and do my laundry at a laundromat. The laundry facilities was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel, and I feel it’s not fair to advertise you have laundry facilities when you really don’t. Then there’s an issue with the towels....

'A very wonderful 7-day stay. I received a warm and friendly welcome from Mustafa upon my arrival. He, as well as all the front desk staff were always courteous and helpful. My room was clean, cozy, and comfortable; having a kitchenette was definitely an added bonus. I was pleasantly surprised with the continental breakfast and the variety of choices on offer - Elda did such a great job and was a sweetheart to talk to.
