'It was quiet the staff was good especially the house keepers'

'A really convenient and nice area of Lansing. This isn't a luxury hotel but for the price, it's a great stay. Would do it again '

'The entrance to the Hotel was very dirty. The entrance door and glass definitely needed cleaning.The grounds around the building needed to be spruced up as well. Outside our ground floor window there were a bunch of dead tree limbs. Looks like the limbs have been out there for quite some time. An eyesore for customers. (I even took a picture). We understand the Hotel is under renovation. The room was clean and we were only there for the night. '

'Overall the stay was good, but I have some critical points. On the website it says they have laundry facilities. I went to the desk and asked where the room was to do laundry and was told they DON’T have a laundry room, but I was told I could go across the street and do my laundry at a laundromat. The laundry facilities was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel, and I feel it’s not fair to advertise you have laundry facilities when you really don’t. Then there’s an issue with the towels....
