'Great checkin experience - Damon was very friendly and quick. Free self parking was a bonus. Our suite was very spacious and had a separate bedroom for my husband and I. There was a full, nice kitchen. I called the front desk upon arrival to request sheets for the pullout couch and Damon immediately came to our room with a prepacked bag of bedding. Everything was perfect. '

'The staff, and the rooms were very nice. The hotel is located in an area with wide varity of shopping and dining options. This is a great hotel is you have a pet. There is a huge area to walk pets and plenty of sidewalks to walk along to go to other places around the hotel.
The only things that we experienced that was disappointing was the lack of hot water and wishing there was more offered for breakfast like meats, eggs, waffles... other than those two things, we hope to stay there on...

'This was absolutely an amazing stay, the atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff accommodated for my sick dog that we came to Urbana to get treatment for. They made this the easiest part of our trip , especially Trisha and Beau, they are so sweet !
