'Nice stay'

'Great place'

'Great place to stay! great location in regard to things to do in town! Anything that you have issues with or need Sherri goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need! With 5 boys in our family group vacation, all 5 and under, it is so nice to have the park right across the alley way!'

'The property was fine. We new the size going in. The neighbors who shared a outside living space we're partying all night long leaving huge messes and taking up all the outside living chairs. We almost left after the first night because of the neighbors!'

'Great for the price, comfy and close to all the activities in Arnold’s park'

'Very nice property. Friendly owners. Enjoyed our family time in Okoboji.'

'Very nice property with beautiful lakeside view. Plenty of room for our family of four, comfortable beds, and convenient access to the Okoboji attractions. Host did a great job of communicating prior to our visit and easy check-in/check-out. Will definitely be coming back again!'

'Excellent fishing! The house was set us nice for 5 of us. The kids had plenty of space to sprawl out. The host was easy to connect with and very friendly. We will stay here again!'

'Sherri is awesome to work with and always very accommodating. We make our annual trip to Iowa with our large family and the staycation cabin worked perfect for us.'

'Our group of eight was very comfortable. Property was well-represented with description and pictures. Very nice house and yard. Within walking distance to the water and restaurants/bars. Thanks for letting us use your house, Carrie!'

'Nice accommodations. Close to water park and restaurants.'

'This was by far the worse VRBO I have ever rented, and I have been doing this for years. Hot water heater did not work. 3 plumbers and the owner came out during our stay (inconvenient) and still did not get fixed. We had very little hot water. We could not shower daily (about 5 minutes in it would turn freezing cold) or do a load of dishes with hot water. Owner is rude and disrespectful in person and on the phone!! I was told this was never meant for 12 people to stay/shower here (we had 7 /...

'Great clean area with tons of space! Great location and neighborhood!'

'Broken bed frame, bed collapsedLiving room ceiling fan severely unbalanced. Upstairs bath shower drain is clogged and moldy Poorly stocked kitchen for cooking. Needs pans and utensils'

'Great property! Very roomy for our group with lots of space outback too. Had a blast!'

'Clean, nice lake view, well maintained pool'

'Great property! Would stay here again.'

'This property is beautifully situated on the lake front. We swam off the boat dock, ate breakfast on the deck and watched a lightning storm in the distance. Breathtaking views! Very clean and organized; all the beds were comfy with many choices of pillows. Two laundry rooms and numerous beach towels made it easy to enjoy the lake and Okoboji beaches. Great place for families with two full living room spaces! We did not use the second house because our group was smaller. We used the message host...

'This house worked great for our group of 20. Having plenty of separate bedrooms was great and 4 bathrooms made rotating through the showers much easier! Having a large common area for all to hang out and 3 fridges was a great bonus. We love that so much is within walking distance! We’ve stayed twice before and will definitely stay again!'
