'My husband and I had a quick one night stay as we passed thru town on our way to Minnesota. Property was exactly as described. Tim, the host, was very easy to communicate with. Cute little place when you would like a little bit more than a hotel room. Full kitchen and laundry. The neighborhood feels safe and friendly. Close to many things you may need/want during your stay. 'Everything was good but make sure you check your emails and messages when you have cell service if you are traveling. Wellman is a dead spot for Verizon. We had to drive back to Kalona to good enough service to access our messages.'
