She walked out, said can I help you. I told her I was a bit early for check-in and she told me that I had to wait because I had a king room. 'The entire hotel looked a bit run down if one looked at it up close, but the inside of the room was acceptable and the bed was comfortable enough. There was also good water pressure in the shower. However, one of the handles on one of the drawers was broken and never replaced, and the bathtub needed to be resurfaced. Similarly, the room appeared clean overall, but the water holding part of the coffee machine was so dirty that I could not drink coffee in the morning. Only one packet of decaf...

'For the price my hotel room was ok. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The elevator by our room was down but there is another elevator at the other end of the hotel that was working. Room was clean but the air conditioning was running water maintenance did come and try and fix. The only thing I would complain about is the rooms have really poor lighting the lights are really dull in the room.'

'Goed gelegen bij de snelweg en diverse restaurants, vriendelijk personeel, maar de accommodatie is met een woord te beschrijven: dump. De kraan in de badkamer gaf nauwelijks water, de handdouche hing aan een elastiekje, de kluis deed het niet, er lagen haren in de badkamer en buiten staat een afval verzamelplek waar ik ratten zag.'
