'Hotel staff very friendly. Parking a block away. The hotel was quiet, the highway it is next to not so much. Occational cars speeding by is annoying. Hotel has an oder throughout the lobby, elevator and hallways. '

'Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. '

'This is a great hotel and I really appreciate the bountiful breakfast and the cleanliness and the kindness of the front desk. I really like my room as well, I booked the king suite and having the extra sitting room was very comfortable, especially since I was traveling with my parents. I would caution anyone expecting to use the pullout sofa as a bed that you’ll do better sleeping one person on the couch rather than 2 people in the pullout - that pullout is a back breaker!!! I can’t imagine how...

'Hotel ligt nogal geisoleerd op een parkeerplaats vlak bij een snelweg. Diner en ontbijtfaciliteiten zijn erg beperkt. Van de vier nachten dat we er waren was er twee ochtenden geen warm water.'

When I said, "They're empty", he said that was for hygiene purposes. And I had really been looking forward to my Jack Daniels on the rocks. I also think the "Free Breakfast" was a bit oversold.'

'My first Room door was ajar i didnt even need my key door was open. Asked for another Room and that door wouldnt close all the way either. Ac unit needs to be updated and the paneling and floor boarding was peeling and falling off, beause it was so late we just stayed. A few years back this Comfort Inn wasnt that bad but now its looking real worn down. '

'Goed gelegen bij de snelweg en diverse restaurants, vriendelijk personeel, maar de accommodatie is met een woord te beschrijven: dump. De kraan in de badkamer gaf nauwelijks water, de handdouche hing aan een elastiekje, de kluis deed het niet, er lagen haren in de badkamer en buiten staat een afval verzamelplek waar ik ratten zag.'

'I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Doubletree. I've stayed at Doubletree properties in the past and found this one to be lovely as well. Staff was accommodating pleasant, and was able to provide me with everything I needed. I was staying for a college tour at a nearby university with my child and when we return for further visits, I will definitely stay with them again thank you!'

'The place is in significant disrepair. Some of the rooms meet expectations and some do not.'

'It was a bad experience for me to travel 7 hours to not have wash rags and to be told everything you have to come and get it. I had a handicapped mom leaving her by herself wasn't a option. No microwave or cold refrigerator.'
