'Condo is misleading. I wouldn't call it a studio, efficiency apartment is better.This is a single room, which you can tell from the pictures, so I was prepared. Others might not be as observant. The fenced yard was messy with chairs and cushions all over, and there were 2 areas where the pavers were sinking into the ground. We did need our sheets changed due to sand-like material on the pillow and sheet. The AC was leaking, so we had to put a pan under it and continuously change it. Finally, the guests upstairs were walking around, dropping things and moving things...

'This is an affordable place to stay with a pet. Positives were the place was clean and quiet. As cute as it was remodeled , it still had the disadvantages of an older property such as low water pressure, door sticking and window ACs. We enjoy our short stay and it met our needs.'

The TV is not secure to the wall and the legs under the bed was not screwed into the bed right and the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling .the doors to patio were not closed correctly but we fixed those so it would be safe . "Steps to Water" is a good 3 blocks down the street, through the parking lot, then there is a sidewalk & concrete breakwater with nothing but rocks on the other side.
