'This place was gorgeous. The animals were a nice addition. I loved visiting in the barn and meeting the Quaker parrot especially. So cool that you can pick a few vegetables from the various gardens if you like. Only thing I would add is one more tv and maybe make the master bedroom door a bit more easy to open and close.and maybe a bit more privacy in the Master bath. Overall a unique and gorgeous place.'

'This home was everything we were hoping for. It was clean, spacious, away from everyone and the pond was an extra especially with all the fish to be caught and the bull frogs singing. The trail is also very nice. This property is amazing. Nikki, the host and her husband Randy were the best hosts who live right up the road on the pond right next to the pond in front of the home we stayed in. We had trouble connecting the WiFi and Nikki came right over and connected it for us. Randy and my husband...

'The property is excellent and well maintained. The house actually 2 apartments, though we we did not see anyone staying in the other apt. The house feels like its in the middle of farm country but it is close to SUNY Geneseo and all the shopping and restaurants. Our only issue was the Vrbo app would not let us reply to the property owner when we received our check-in info. Thankfully there were no issues and we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting the area.'

'The house was the perfect place for our night away! We had 1 couple and 2 other adults and we have plenty of space plus some! The weather held out for us to be able to enjoy the deck in the evening with the fire table. And we had the great pleasure of the sky clearing for us to be able to photograph the northern lights! Would stay again. House was clean and has all the amenties we needed!'

'For us the location was perfect. We attended the Rodchester Red Wings games and the location was 15min from park. We also attended Eclipse events at the park. The house was extremely clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We had no problems at all with our stay.'

'We came as a group of family and friends to observe the eclipse. We wanted plenty of space and proximity to other things to do, like hiking and the winery. This fit the bill and was quite affordable too. In addition to enjoying the property, we drove to Letchworth State Park, which’s was only 45 mins away abs very worthwhile. We loved the (steep) hike down to hemlock lake, and the short walk to Oh-Neh-Da Winery too. It was a great home base for our long weekend.'
