'We had a wonderful time celebrating my boyfriends birthday with a nice quick getaway. The hosts did such a wonderful time with all their little details from cozy blankets by the door to sit on the patio with to beside mints. Everything was so thought out and made our stay so relaxing. We enjoyed having a grill to utilize so we could really enjoy their incredible views and relax. We will definitly be back to visit again!'

'We spent most of our visit watching the cormorants out the window or on the back deck, when it was warm enough. Although we missed the sunrise, we did enjoy the sunsets. The house was a block away from Localz, which was a great spot for dinner and drinks. The house was very clean, tastefully decorated and had every amenity you would need.'

'The property was in a great location, not a long walk to a small beach. We had a group together for a memorial service, and were able to sleep 16. It was clean and pleasant. Some tips: - the seafood store down the road is amazing and cute - if you are a chef type, bring knives - 2 bathrooms for 16 ppl can get a little tight, so make sure your group is ready to share the space, etc. Overall, a great and affordable way to get a group of ppl together for a quiet gathering. 'The house was very clean and there was plenty of room for 6 people. The bedrooms were good size and the beds were comfortable. Everything was very accommodating, overall we were happy with our stay. There are only a few things I would recommend. In the future I would let renters know that there are tenants that live in the basement, it was surprising to hear voices coming from downstairs without knowing. If you plan to cook you may want to bring some cookware as it is very limited. A Keurig...

'Best place we’ve stayed at and our family travels quite a bit. We loved the cottage and the garage is such a bonus and fun place to hang out. The neighbors were great as well and allowed the cousins to play a football game in their yard. My brothers that came to visit now want to book a stay for a weekend sometime soon.'

'If you are looking for a room with a view, this is not your place. If you want a very comfortable bed, a hot shower, and a place to rest after a long day, this is as good as any. If you want your money to go toward a lady with young kids instead of a mega millionaire, stay here. This is in the southern suburbs of Boston. Not handicapped accessible because you have to go down 4 steps. '
