'I felt safe in this neighborhood and the neighbors seemed friendly. It is within walking distances of many stores and restaurants. There is a duck pond nearby that was fun. The kitchen was stocked with cooking equipment. We had all the basic things we needed. I was also grateful to find salt and a few spices already there. 'First thing you notice is the view of the lake, it was beautiful. The house was very cute, rustic. My family loves this style of house. It is definitely an updated 1940’s home. We came in on Easter holiday so I think it was a little hectic. The beach was awesome. We roasted marshmallows by the fire. The neighbors were very nice. There was a stray dog hanging around the backyard but he was pretty friendly. '

'We traveled for a sports tournament but wanted an alternative to a hotel. This property exceeded expectations, quiet location, Great Lake access, extremely clean and home feeling. The kids loved the bunk beds in the loft & the host was extremely responsive. Everything was labeled and there was zero question on where or how to do anything. Absolutely recommend! Beautiful & modern interior and great layout for a family. The local coffee was a nice touch too!'

'We traveled as a family of four visiting family. The house is cozy, comfortable and well appointed. April is a superb communicator and responsive to any questions. The lake views at sunset are indeed gorgeous! We did not avail ourselves of the fishing dock, but did enjoy roasting marshmallows in the fire pit.'

'We have stayed at many vacation homes; this has been one of the cleanest homes. Everything you need is provided in both kitchens.There is more than enough space for multiple families. Each bedroom was a suite and the kids loved the bunkhouse (they only wish was a tv)My Dad really enjoyed fishing on the dock and caught many fish. We actually told him he had fish enough. If you're looking for a good fishing location this was a great spot. I wish i could post the pics of all the fish and how big...

'This house is blocks from tons of action! It is within a short (less than 10-20mins) driving distance of even more cool areas with lots to offer. It was cute, pretty clean and even though you are in the city - the back deck, trees, birds and other nature to be enjoyed, make you feel so serene. Another great thing was the jetted tub in the bathroom - which also overlooks that sweet backyard, again. I mistakenly messed up my booking and accidentally forgot to book the full stay, I shorted myself...

'I was in search of a 4 bedroom home for 4 adult women. Hence, everyone needed a REAL bed with their OWN room. This house had that and EVERYTHING else we needed. The house was in a great location, near restaurants to doordash food. The house was clean, well organized and beautifully decorated. The owner was oh so nice. She made sure I knew all I needed to know before coming to her home. She made sure her home had everything we needed at the home for the evening. My guest were supper impressed...

'We enjoyed having a fire by the lake as the sun was setting. The marina is a short drive from the house. We rented a pontoon at enjoyed cruising the lake. I would recommend to my friends and family and think the house is a fantastic value.'
