'Cozy, clean cabin in the mountains. Warm and welcoming. The hosts have thought of everything to make this a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend to family and friends. The hosts are very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The Smokies are about a 2 hr drive, making it a nice day trip. '

'The location is secluded and very cozy. Great WIFI for our grandson!! The kitchen was well equipped for our stay. We were not too far away from town which had a couple FABULOUS restaurants: Los Agave's, very authentic Mexican food with a lovely staff and Sapori di Napoli, as "foodies" we did not expect such an upscale Italian Restaurant in such a small town!! We would travel to Monterey to eat at either restaurant again!!'

'We were there 9/9-9/12 and had a relaxing, peaceful stay. The weather was perfect and my husband caught a few fish. The lily pads that filled the pond in 2023 had been thoroughly cleaned out which made the fishing more enjoyable. We also appreciated the pictures showing the directions at the end of Bowater. The cabin was clean, comfortable and spacious for our stay. We appreciated being able to have our dog with us too. The host was also very responsive to questions and easy to communicate with....

'This place was amazing. Big enough for a family of 8 adults and 4 kids. Enough room for everyone to have their own space. The house was clean, the owners are easy to reach and respond immediately to any questions. The house is in the woods and the surrounding area is gorgeous. I highly recommend for any large family. I would definitely book this house again!!!!! '

'We loved this place. Plenty enough room for us 3. The beds were very comfortable! I loved that there were step stools for short people like me ;) so many little touches that just let you know they truly care that you enjoy their home and your stay Make sure to follow the GPS to Norma Rd when coming in, it’s MUCH easier than the first turn off. 'Wonderful location! This small house is secluded but in a very nice neighborhood. There are lots of hikes nearby, and the cabarn was the perfect comfortable environment to come back to after a full, tiring day. We will return to it next time we need a place in this area.'
