'There was no communication from the property regarding check in. We had to go to the reception For John Fowler. They did not have any record as it was a private booking. Manager thankfully contacted the owner and provided us with the code for the key. But we did appreciate the welcome including the cookies, tea, coffee and milk. Thanks Location was nice, quiet and surrounded by nature. There is bus service to go to St Ives centre.'

'Lovely clean, comfortable and well-equipped cabin in a great location. There were also very helpful and detailed recommendations from the owners about where to eat out in the welcome pack. The perfect place for a short break with our dog who loved the beautiful sandy beach a few minutes’ walk away!'

'Location of chalet was nice, unfortunately the chalet had mould up the walls in one bedroom and you could see it had been painted over in the other. The bathroom also had mould. There was dehumidifier in the kitchen but not adequate for the whole chalet. It was damp and smelt of it.'
