'We enjoyed our stay to celebrate our 45 anniversary. Very relaxing sitting on the balcony overlooking the creek. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of towels. A nice touch was the fresh bread, butter and condiments for breakfast. Being a Sunday night the only place open was the pub for dinner but wow what a dinner that was. The best meal we have had in a long time.'

'Montville was an adventure. If one has a mobility limitation, getting around on the steep main street can be quite challenging. This was also true of the Altitude on Montville, which is built on a steep slope. The room that is equipped for disabled access is beautiful. We'd have been very happy there, but it wasn't practical to use it because a power surge during a recent storm had killed the small lift that was needed to access the room. 'My husband and I and the dogs have been to this place 3 times now. We love it. So quiet and peaceful. Play golf whenever you want. The beach is just down the road. Would highly recommend. The owner, Andy, is very attentive and easy to contact.'

'The room, general building and bathrooms were perfectly clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming! The location is great for getting to a bus stop, and shops are only a short walk away. Though it didn’t personally bother us, the walls were a bit thin, and you could definitely hear fellow guests making noice, especially at night time, but ear plugs would solve that. We had a great stay, and would definitely stay again! '
