'We loved our stay at The Yair. We booked it for its proximity to the river Tweed for fly fishing and found that the river runs past the property; complete with fishing hut and a gillie! The property’s owner was great in his communication and was available for anything we needed. It was fascinating to learn from him about the history of the property. Our cottage was beautiful and the hot tub was a nice addition. We would stay here again, independent of fishing.'

'If you need somewhere to stay in a tranquil setting then look no further than the left luggage office. It is a little gem. It has everything you need for a really comfortable stay and more. We have stayed at many excellent rentals but can honestly say that this was the best. Ruth and Paul were in touch to ascertain we had everything we needed and had no problems and their welcome gift was a lovely touch and much appreciated'

'Teviot Cottage was very comfortable and well appointed. It is in a great spot being walking distance to the High Street. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower. It was good having a second toilet downstairs. It would be helpful if there were some hooks in the bathroom either behind the door or on the wall.'
