We have travelled quite a lot but this resort was absolutely the best we’ve ever stayed at. Especially the service we experienced troughout our entire stay was exceptional. (Special thanks to Mimi, Molly and Raj) Quality of food was great as well at the beach, the restaurant and Kayu Puti. Rooms are clean and comfy accomodated by stunning views. I can definitely recommend anyone who looks for a holiday break full of pampering and relaxation to visit the St Regis in Langkawi. Hope to be back someday soon!

Fantastic resort! Rooms, facilities, staff, location, ambience... All top-notch! We even got a nice upgrade, lovely touch. Probably one of the most beautiful resorts we ever visited. You would expect perfection in every aspect that's why the sloppy issues were so obvious. First, it was too noisy with massive loads of children, loud families, sometimes noise of work in progress because the resort is brand new and there were still things to be done. The food was below expectations: lot of choice but many things were bland and just ordinary. Breakfast was good though. Beach was non-existent and the pool which was relatively small was always busy with jumping kids and big families. They forgot to do the turndown service twice during our stay. Spa treatment was a bit disappointing. So no matter how gorgeous the resort was, the ultimate pampering feel was not there. We had expected this stay to be the highlight of our holiday, but it turned out to be just another good stay in a beautiful property! A bit of a shame, but we did enjoy the best part of it.

I had a wonderful stay last round but this time, the cleanliness was a major issue. There were urine stains on the floor in the WC. It’s such a pity because otherwise it was excellent.

Beautiful property facing the sea, clean and well maintained property care beach. Our second stay here and the staff are warm and try to cater to your every need. I had a last moment request for a half day extension due to changes in flight timing which they accommodated. The spa has been rebranded the St Regis Spa and it’s a big improvement in terms of treatment and products. My daughter had her first spa experience and they were wonderful. The staff at the beach are so attentive and friendly, lots of good food optiobs at the beach grill. The Fine Dining restaurant is a must for at least drinks at sunset, excellent service and the Orangerie (main hotel restaurant) has a breakfast feast and varied all day menu, and the Astor bar has fabulous atmosphere. Butler service was prompt and friendly, amazing suite facilities, we were very luckily to have it. Wonderful piece of luxurious paradise for a few days. Hotel is a quick drive from the airport which is a bonus,

The hotel is simply outstanding. Amazing, friendly staff, excellent facilities and very luxurious throughout. The beach and pool are amazing and the food is simply outstanding throughout. If I had one negative it would be that the room we stayed in was above a room with a pool and it did get noisy on a couple of Occasions in the night time. There should Be better sound proofing with the glass door. All in all a truly 5 star experience and we would certainly return.

St. Regis Langkawi 1 Star hotel.
During my reception they did not provide the room that should be, have to request then change it, that's what should be "Andaman Sea View". The Services was rude and not polite enough for a 5 stars. Our Suite, should have a Butler service included. Never ask us if we need any service or provide any extra caring, just "put" in my room 1 bag and 2 hats for use during my stay and pay for it if taken away back home (horrible, non hygienic, used and damaged bag) in attached file to notice. All that service make my stay in this hotel a nightmare and just broke my resting and holiday mood. Been to many St. Regis in the World, this one in LangKawi is the worst, not 1 star deserve, but the price surely is 5 stars. I should request refund for all the patience I had to do and complaint to the from desk manager. The pool bar staff is careless, the cocktail is horrible, beers is nice hehe. The Hotel hardware is nice but the software, means personnel attention from the staff need to fire some of them and retrain again, the others. I would never but never introduce this Hotel to any of my friends or colleagues and, who read this, be prepare for your surprises during your stay.

The hotel is nice. The problem it is on the other side of the island which is less popular due to the quality of sea water. Activities ie swimming and snorkeling are not feasible. The issue I have with booking with Expedia is that we lose a lot of benefits as Marriott ie no upgrade of room unless you pay extra

プール付きヴィラに泊まりました。(sunset over water villa) ここに来るのは2回目です。 チェックイン時、プールの水はほとんどなく、ホースで水を足していました。初日プールに入れず残念。 満水になったのは夜中です。 その間、作業の人間が部屋にノックもせずに入ってきたり、夜中に水を止めに来てもいいかなど失礼なことがありりました。 前回泊まった時も部屋に不備があり、部屋を替えてもらいました。 部屋は素晴らしいので残念です。

The service and staff are amazing and really do go above and beyond with everything. The butler service and the butlers were great too, always service with a smile. The resort is small but private and quiet which we liked and the food was all really tasty.

The hotel is simply fantastic, from the view, hotel facilities until the foods. However, there is a little disappointment on the arrangement. The room amenities (including the cups, toilet amenities and bathrobe) were prepared in pair only while we have 3 adults staying in the same room with extra fees. Also, there is small cockcrouch dead body had stayed in the bath tab for days without been noticed by the cleaner.
