'The property was very easy to locate. Cabin was perfect for us & 2 grands, ages 7&10. They loved having their own space in the loft! The recreation center was a hit and a perfect place to be on the hot summer afternoons! This was their first time kayaking and they both loved it. The kayaks could have been in better shape though. Self serve store was convenient, as well as the hot tub area. Overall, I would highly recommend. Just be sure to screenshot your check-in information before you arrive....

It is close to the road, there is definitely road noise, but it didn't matter, the house and the view made you forget the noise. The bed was beyond comfortable! 'My family and I stayed here while on a fishing trip for Lake Guntersville. The host was very attentive and had good response time. This is a quiet area and was a short drive from several boat launches and bank accessible fishing. I will definitely be staying again when I'm back in the area. There is also a car port that is perfect for boat anglers to park under. '

'We loved this place! We've stayed down the road before, but we were looking for a better dock - this was the winner! Amazing - all the nieces and nephew's loved it.A small housekeeping glitch upon arrival through no fault of their own, but the hosts more than took care of it.Neighbors are good as well and we'll definitely be back.'

'the property was fantastic! very clean and smelt new and cozy. everything was very accessible, and easy. the beds were super comfy, and we loved the carport for our boats to park under. seeing as it rained (stormed) every day we were there. unfortunately we didnt get to fish too much so we will have to come back. check in was very simple, although i didnt see any check out instructions so we stripped the beds and swept, ran the dishwasher and placed used linens in washroom. we loved this...
