'Global Luxury provides units that don’t lock securely from the inside, leaving guests non-secure while sleeping, vulnerable to anyone who has a copy of the key to enter during the night. No dead bolt. I realized immediately upon check in and returned the keys to the building lobby attendant, and I called Global asking for a refund because I need to stay elsewhere for a secure stay. Global Luxury’s final response is that they “advertised the room type correctly online” and won’t return my money....

'Excellent stay - easy check in & they upgraded our room to a city view on a higher floor, which was a wonderful surprise. It was so appreciated throughout the entire stay and my son enjoyed watching the night skyline. Clean, quiet, and in a wonderful neighborhood. We will be back!'
