'This review is not on the stay itself. I accidently selected the month of August for the stay when it needed to be October. We all do this when trying to find the right room rate and hotel. I noticed the issue as soon as the confirmation email arrived (within minutes) and promptly tried to get them to change the date, through Expedia's contact, to October and the said 'NO' without hesitation. It would not have cost them a penny, because I was still getting a room. That is not what I call...

'Beautiful property, love the look and great quality. Prices will definitely go up for weekends and game days.'

'What I didn't like is that the handicapped room I reserved was "out of service" and they wanted me to have a regular, non handicapped room where I wouldn't be able to shower. The manager and front desk lady tried to find another hotel that had a handicapped room for me. This took over 35 minutes. Finally found one at the Fairfield. It was frustrating and upsetting.'
