Voordelig en kamers hebben mooi uitzicht, maar complex is ontzettend verwaarloosd. Ongezellig restaurant met systeemplafonds, meer een kantine van een fabriek dan een restaurant. Donkere dikke vitrages die altijd dicht zijn. Vervang dit voor blinds, restaurant zou notabene uitzicht hebben op zee en zwembad. Ontbijtpersoneel is vriendelijk. Zitjes bij zwembad bied een troosteloze aanblik met hoofdzakelijk Britten die een all-inclusive geboekt hebben en er de hele dag bier drinken. Luidruchtig ook soms. Wij waren er in februari, ook veel gepensioneerde overwinteraars die er al jaren komen. Ongezellige ontvangstruimte, zonder sfeer. Sanitair huisje vies en kapot. Muffe lucht in kamer en vies serviesgoed en bestek in keuken. Voldoende restaurants om de hoek voor wie alleen logies ontbijt kiest. Het is een locatie voor een budgetvakantie, verwacht niets extra’s en geen luxe. Huur een auto en ga er opuit, je huurt een auto voor iets meer dan 300 euro voor twee weken

Langzaam qua ontvangen maar alle andere dingen prima quavprijs en service. Rustig. Kies kamer boven linkerzijde 203.mooi uitzicht op balkon.

Met niet te veel verwachtingen prima accommodatie
Vriendelijk personeel, voldoende ligplekken aan het zwembad, ruim opgezet, mogelijkheden tot eten en drinken. Wij hebben hier 8 dagen geboekt. Het complex heeft zeker een opknap beurt nodig. De kamers zijn gedateerd. Maar als je hier komt voor een vakantie om niet teveel bij je kamer te leven dan heb je hier geen last van. Wij (25 jaar jong) hebben hier een prima tijd gehad. Wij hebben geboekt op basis van logies, er zijn meerdere supermarkten in de omgeving waar je, je ontbijt/lunch kunt halen. Er was een oven, broodrooster, 2pits fornuis en koelkast met een klein vriesvakje waardoor je dit prima kunt bewaren/consumeren. Ook aan het zwembad kun je voor een klein prijsje een lekkere lunch halen. 'S avonds zijn wij uit eten gegaan, in de omgeving is voldoende aanbod (voor €25 euro met 2 personen heb je uitgebreid gegeten). Zeker een aanrader om hierheen te gaan. Een auto huren is heel gemakkelijk en erg leuk om het eiland te verkennen. Wij hebben 1 dag de auto gehuurd en konden alles zien wat we wilden zien.

Het hotel /appartement was goed. Netjes schoon. Wel erg veel trappen / geen lift aanwezig . Ook geen mannetje die evt. Je koffers naar je verblijf kan brengen. Zeker voor ouderen een probleem.

The property is old and dated, upon check in we were given a room on the sixth floor to find that they dont have a lift. So you can imagine the strain of taking the bags up. Not suitable for older guests so be warned as no help was offered. When we arrived at the room it was filthy, the room was falling apart and the balcony door didnt have a lock. The curtains were full of mold and the plates and glasses were covered in dirt. We went straight down to the reception to be told nothing we can do come back tomorrow. Well that didnt go down at all so we sat in the reception giving them two options, either money back or a new room. They sent a cleaner and a handy man up to the room with the wife, i stayed down in reception. They agreed the room was unaccepatable after so initial push back. After an hour they magically found another room for us to stay in. It was basic but clean so we carried on our stay however we refused to use any of the facilities. So be warned its cheap but you can find better. . We also have pics of the original room if this review is challenged.

Favourite place
Cleaning lady called most days to clean. No frying pan or pot when we arrived late on Tuesday night and asked at reception. Next morning girl arrived with them. Very helpful at reception. Bellevue aquarius is our favourite place. Always try to stay here. I do think they should start to update the rooms a it. But still our favourite place to be

Pagar casi 130€ por noche para un apartamento super viejo es una vergüenza, precio abusivo para lo que te ofrecen, encima por ser español te dan lo peor que hay y lo más viejo.

Établissement sans intérêt dans son jus à éviter absolument si vous souhaitez un minimum de confort. Fuyez si vous souhaitez bien vous reposer, bien manger, bien dormir, et vous baigner dans une piscine digne de ce nom.

Basic good value stay
Hotel is showing it's age and in need of up dating, that being said the room and grounds were spotless, the living room and bedroom had ceiling fans which helped keep rooms cool, towels changed every other day, beds very comfortable. Overall it's a budget hotel and is good value for money. We had a sixth floor room and there were a lot of steps be warned.

Hygiène déplorable. Hébergement en mauvais état. La majorité du personnel n est pas accueillant et ne fait aucun effort pour communiquer autre qu en espagnol (dommage pour un établissement accueillant des touristes), heureusement deux personnels de la restauration etait plutôt sympatique. Sejour en demi pension ( il ne vous ait pas possible d avoir de carafe d eau...)

Hébergement très vieux. Cela fait sûrement des années qu’ils n’investissent plus dans l’hôtel. Manque des carreaux dans la piscine, canard qui ce baigne dedans le soir. Manque des carreaux dans la salle de bain, traces noires de joint de baignoire pas propres. Matelas vieillissants et meubles aussi. Prises électriques qui tombent. Le ménage est fait chaque jours, les repas sont copieux et surtout variés. Mériterait un bon coup de rafraîchissement, que ce soit les chambres ou l’hôtel dans sa globalité.

L'hôtel en lui même est bien, très bien situé, à côté de la mer. La nourriture servie en demi-pension n'a rien d'exceptionnelle mais fais parfaitement l'affaire pour un séjour à Lanzarote. Seul bémol, l'appartement est vieillot, pas mal de trace de rouille, et des tous petits insectes se balade dedans. C'est un peu moyen mais pour un court séjour mouvementé comme le notre, cela suffit largement !

When we checked in, the person in the reception was rude. I did not like that on my first day of the holiday. The apartment was old. We paid for the wifi, but it was only for one device; nevertheless, it did not work in the bedroom, so I asked for a refund. A good place to stay but overpriced.

Nice stay, ok resort. I would avoid all inclusive.
The hotel is opposite end of town to the strip, in a good quieter location close to the harbour with local bars and restaurants nearby. Our apartment was pretty basic but clean. It was great to have a kitchen/dining area to get a cup of tea anytime. We opted for all inclusive but I wouldn't do that here again. The food was pretty awful, mostly cold and not always cooked properly. Every morning we had to microwave the pink in the middle sausages and bring the food up to temp. One evening a white meat was served with blood running into the sauce. The all inclusive drinks options were limited not because of availability but because the cocktails came out of a machine and were pretty dire, they serve Amstel beer on draft which was nice and there is an array of local spirits available. You can pay more for bottled beers and branded spirits, a friend ordered a vodka and coke which was around 7 euro. Most of the staff are lovely but there is a Rottweiler of a woman on reception who seemed unfriendly and barked at people. We also found that there were different rules for different people so for example check out is 12 noon some people had their all inc wristbands cut off others were allowed to carry on eating and drinking until their transfer came for no extra cost. The majority of guests were from Ireland, Scotland and England.

Bufet pequeño, pero bien rico y variado, peraonal atento y agradable, instalaciones sencillo pero bien , se esta agusto , acorde al precio , las habitaciones pienso q necesitan reforma y estar mas cuidadas ...detalles desconchado techo del baño...enchufes descolocados en la sala...ventilador de aire acondicionado del dormitorio no funcionaba...limpieza regular , debajo de la cama no limpian y motas de polvo ...dos cucarachas en salon y dormitorio...se entiende q no es por falta de higiene....es pprque el apartamento estaba al ras de suelo Terraza pegada a jardin y estan en las plantas ...bichito habitual de las palmas...estancia corta de 5 dias pero comoda , quitando eso...gracias
