Mooi appartementencomplex op een ideale ligging.
Ligt vlak bij de boulevard. Geen geluidsoverlast van diezelfde boulevard.

Heel prettig complex op een goede locatie
Playa Club is een fijn complex, zeker voor families met kleine kinderen. Wij zijn er met onze kinderen van 4 en 6 jaar geweest in februari 2013. Het kinderbad en het grote bad zijn vrij groot en het water is niet te koud. Er is een klein speeltuintje bij met schommels en een klimrek in een grote zandbak. Grenzend aan het complex is een supermarkt. Er is een grote ligweide met gras, ligstoelen en een groot hemelbed. Wij waren er in februari en het was er vrij rustig. Vooral Nederlandse en Engelse gasten. Er is ook een wellness center, maar daar hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt. Het appartement was prima in orde. Vrij basic maar meer heb je niet nodig. De schoonmaak is oppervlakkig. Als je onder de bedden en in de hoekjes kijkt; daar wordt niet schoongemaakt. In de keuken een koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker, broodrooster, 2 elektrische pitten en een oven. Bestek en dat soort spullen wel vrij karig.

Nice stay but with some issues
Stayed last year and liked it so much we came back this year . Disappointed with room outlook was at back which was a dumping ground for old pallets , tiles , paint tins etc.Had to contact receptionist as room not cleaned for 3 days so no clean towels or toilet paper.Apart from these issues room was very nice and location perfect

Good location and A/C. Busy pool 😎
One week in early August was fine. Plus points were location and the A/C which was amazing since the week was 30-38 degrees. Not a fan of sun beds round the pool but farcical to see people there at 6am. Cleaning was ok as was the general apartment decor albeit a little dated. Been in Del Carmen many times and cockroaches are not unusual but had 2 or 3 to deal with most days. Large gap under rear door I felt they were getting in. More routine maintenance to plug gaps may be useful tho it’s pretty hard to stop them.

A couple of things to begin with. I had to ask for a safe to be put in my apartment 3 times before it was installed. The kettle was broken but got another fairly quickly. The main problem was that people hogged the sun beds. Towels were out out very early So was not able to get one at all.

Our rating might be a little a little unfair as the resort was due to close for refurbishment 5 days after we left, but I can only speak as we find (we were NOT aware of this when we booked, but that's on the Hotels.com website not the resort). Had we been aware we would have chosen a different location. The apartment looked in need of a big facelift.

Great location
Pretty good and commensurate to the rate paid. Property was clean but could do with an upgrade. Grounds well kept. Beds could do with a comfier mattress. Fantastic location , friendly and accommodating reception staff.

It's is an older style aparthotel. Some of the rooms are tired in places but the place was always spotless. Pool area and gardens were really nice. Location couldn't be better. Overall considering the cost per night it was good value.

Don't recommend it.
Not a hotel I would want to stay for an extended period, say more than over night. It is a little tired, rooms are very basic. Bathroom could have done with a re-do. especially around the shower a bit of Cillit Bang goes a long way.

I stay here for usually one or two nights when playing in poker tournaments at the casino which is just opposite the property is excellent for my needs and location is superb. It’s clean and friendly and perfect.
