Netheid was perfect. Jammer van het appartement waar wij zaten een hele grote airco unit zich op het dak bevond wat veel lawaai maakte. Met deuren dicht viel het mee.

Nice hotel BUT
We stayed for a couple of nights on New Year's Eve and the hotel is fine, clean with friendly staff, with 3 separate areas with loads of sun beds to sit and enjoy the sun. We didn't eat here as a couple of minutes down the hill are all the restaurants and bars where two breakfasts were €17, it's a perfect location but it's situated on heart attack hill if you know the area. Our apartment was fine clean and modern with loads of room BUT it was 100 yards down the steepest hill in PDC, holding onto the cases was a major obstacle then lifting them up 3 flights of stairs was really hard work. There's no lifts at all. Ensure you get a pool side room or you're in for a tricky ride. But in leaving you had the final kick in the minerals of pushing your cases up to reception to check out. There is a luggage room to store your cases while we spent the day by the pool before our taxi over to Playa Blanca. Overall a very nice hotel in a great location for the main strip.

Great location
Love this hotel, apartment is comfortable, modern and contains all you need. Lovely big king size bed. Pool area is heaven, so peaceful and wonderful view's. Only drawbacks were, our room was next to the street, and theres alot of noise often from the recycling bottles banks. In 4 days, cleaning only happened once. They changed the towels, made the bed, but didn't actually do any cleaning The location is great for old and new town and we probably wouldn't stay anywhere else other than here next time we come puerto del carmen.

Was an ok stay but I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Our balcony door leaked the first night and we had to use a towel to block the rain. We also couldn't leave food open on the kitchen counter as there were loads of ants which got into anything we left on the side. We could also hear everything going on in the apartment next door. Please also note that WiFi access is not included and you are charged an additional fee if you want to use WiFi.

Amazing hotel
Lovely 10 days spent at this hotel. Helpful hard working staff who do everything to look after you, nothing is a problem. Fantastic breakfasts (inc cooked to order bacon and eggs), stunning pool, no problem getting a sunbed which are so comfy! Hill outside is steep but short, so no problem for us. The location is perfect, great views of the sea from the room as well as the pool. Our one bedroom apartment with sea view was just as expected with lovely view (see pic). Everything is kept so clean and tidy. Would 100% recommend and stay here again. Thanks to the whole team for making out stay perfect.

Great location, well looked after complex. We were allocated room 3113 , after first night we asked to be moved. We were disturbed with the side gate to premises , people coming and going. Also the road noise/bins/roadworks and cleaners cupboards next to bedroom. Unfortunately the lady was not interested in listening and unhelpful. She said there were no rooms, I went online tried to book another room and it showed availability. So we were disappointed.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. L'accueil est chaleureux et l'établissement très bien entretenu. La décoration et l'ambiance est très agréable. Il est idéalement situé à deux pas de l'avenue principale, très bien pour se déplacer à pieds. Je n'ai pas rencontré de problème pour le garer malgré qu'il n'y ait pas de parking privé, il y avait des places dans la rue mais c'est une période calme. (En été cela doit être compliqué). Vu qu'on y était pour le réveillon, on aurai trouvé ça intéressant qu'un repas ou soirée soit organisé à l'hôtel et qu'il y ait une communication plus spécifique concernant le restaurant

Amazing stay
Fantastic stay at the Kontiki Beach Apartments. Clean, modern and stylish with all the amenities you require for a self catering stay. Staff were friendly and resort cleaned to the highest standards. Welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch. Pool and sun loungers were fab and very comfy! Overall amazing stay and would definitely come back!

Tres bon hôtel à Lanzarote
Globalement très bon sejour de 3 jours en famille. + : localisation sur l'île et emplacement à Puerto del Carmen, calme, qualité du logement (neuf, propre, bien équipé, grand avec 2 chambres), piscine, solarium, pas mal de chaises longues, tarif raisonnable - : isolation phonique entre les appartements, wifi payant (sauf à la réception), tarif petit dej (12 euros mais 6 euros pour les enfants)

Hotel is very centrally located and has stunning views overlooking the beach front and sea. There are multiple areas for sun bathing with either traditional sun beds or circular ones, all with parasols. 2 bedroom rooms are very large with great size bedrooms, bathroom and lounge/kitchen area. Kitchen has hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge and washing machine with loads of plates, glasses, pots, etc. We had excellent sea views from generous balcony. Lounge has two sofas, table and chairs and smart tv with Netflix/Amazon Prime/Disney (need your own subscription). Air conditioning in lounge and bedrooms is excellent. Rooms and all surrounding areas are kept spotless. Especially pool area where lifeguard constantly kept clean and mopped whenever wet. Pool is decent size for cooling off and has very shallow entry area for young kids to play in. Restaurant/bar area decent and food excellent quality and selection. Staff are super friendly in all areas and can’t do enough for you. Supermarket right outside from reception (not part of hotel) with decent selection of stuff and fresh bakery. Will definitely book again here if going back to Lanzarote!

Great Location
Great place to stay spotless really nice rooms and the pool was great comfort is great on the sunbeds. In all it was a great experience. Receptionist was lovely as was the pool staff and cleaning staff. Great location inbetween new and old town. We had a great stay and will return again.
