We stayed in the Villa, which is slightly detached from the main Apartment Complex. Very modern, clean and well equipped, with daily cleaning and towel replenishment. The apartments are only a few minutes walk from the centre of Puerto del Carmen, and a decent sized Supermarket and restaurant/bar only meters away.

Great Stay
Great stay, far enough from the noise but close enough to restaurants and bars. Pool great! Nice touch of a bottle of water in fridge on arrival. Keyless entry easy to use. Would stay again!

Los apartamentos y el complejo en si, están bastante nuevos. Es bastante tranquilo. Nuestro apartamento estaba limpio a nuestra llegada. Está equipado con lo básico. Se agradecen los productos de higiene., que te guarden el equipaje tras el chechout y la sala de cortesía. El personal muy amable. Puerto del Carmen no es de mis lugares favoritos pero está muy céntrico para visitar la isla.

Recently renovated, but some issues!
Recently renovated, so apartment was in great condition. Very central. Beside a spar shop. However, during our stay we had no hot water. Had to resort to boiling kettles to wash. They promised compensation, this happened in December and here we are nearly the end of February and still nothing. Unlikely to return or recommend

Beaucoup de calme et l'établissement est très charmant. Cependant, il manque un peu de lumière naturelle dans certaines chambres mais le design, la salle de bain et le salon sont très très bon et valent largement le prix ! Une des fenêtres de notre chambre (102) était cassé, ce qui insonorisait assez mal la chambre en particulier le matin. D'autre part, la communication avec l'hôtel est d'une très grande facilité et la responsable de la réception est très gentille et agréable. Le soleil tapant dans la zone de piscine est omniprésente et idéale pour les jours de bronzage. Piscine non chauffée hors été. Concernant sa situation, l'établissement est très bien situé avec le supermarché qui se trouve à 50 secondes à pied de l'établissement, 5 min de l'Avenida de las Playas avec tous les commerces touristiques, restaurant et du Gran Casino et un peu moins de 15min de l'aéroport en taxi. J'ai été très étonné pour un Appart-hôtel 2 étoiles avec un prix très abordable pour toute cette accessibilité touristique. J'y reviendrais !

The apartment was a good sized 1 bedroom with good sized front room/kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The receptionists were very welcoming and our room was ready when we arrived at 12pm. The overall cleanliness was 100% in the apartment and around the complex. The was a spar supermarket 2mins walk away with 3 local bars also 2mins walk. The main Puerto del Carmen strip was only 4mins walk away with lots and lots of bars and restaurants. All round we had a great holiday at Rosamar Puerto del Carmen.

We wasn’t informed that there were maintenance work taking place for the whole week of our stay. The pool area was cordoned off at different sections each day & restricted walking around the pool with workmen drilling & hammering from 8am every day. We wasn’t informed that the bar area had also been closed down as this was open last year.

Stayed at these apartments last year was lovely nice rooms so booked again this year same again apartment lovely and clean excellent location but having work done (new paving) around the rooms and around the pool area very noisy with digging and banging areas taped up looking like a building site that you cannot use. upset because no email to say this was happening all week

Not first time at this complex. Rooms have been refurbished nicely. Great location. Staff friendly and welcoming as ever. Shame they have closed the snack bar. Pool and terrace well maintained.

Buena relación calidad-precio
Los apartamentos están reformados y cuentan con todo lo básico. Buen tamaño y una terraza, que se agradece mucho. El servicio de limpieza que hacen durante la estancia lo veo muy pobre, básicamente te cambian las toallas y ya (había agua en el suelo del baño porque la ducha perdía y ni lo fregaron). Faltaría alguna cosa de menaje para la cocina, por ejemplo para poder fregar los platos. No obstante, estuvimos agusto y en general lo recomiendo.

The pool bar is gone and given no information about the amenities upon arrival like laundry room courtesy room fans etc. The pool is very cold. However the room was perfect staff friendly and in a perfect location

Great value for money, had everything you need for self catering. Very close to bars, restaurants, shops. 10 minutes by taxi to the airport. Pool was nice. Would stay again.

I was previously at these apartments last year and they were excellent. This year I felt the pool was not as clean as it should be. There was no place for snacks/food as this had shut. Tried to get a late check out and the staff was not as helpful as in the previous year. Dont know if I would go back again.

Had a 10 night stay here , it’s an absolutely perfect base in a prime position in PDC , beds are very comfortable , showers excellent, pool great , for value for money it’s superb. Rooms cleaned regularly on day of check out given use of lovely courtesy room before we left at 7pm ...We will definitely return , thank you Rosamar !

Hotel was in great location, pool was great, no problems with getting sun loungers or with noise at night at all. Cleanliness and condition was not rated good as there was ants in the room (lots and lots of ants) the more we looked, I was covered in a lot of unknown bites during my stay after sleeping at night time. The maid does not knock and just comes in regardless if you are not fully clothed sleeping and will work away banging/making noise until we are woke. Things we bought got mistaken and thrown in bin as rubbish. As we where checking out at around 11.30am when maids do be cleaning rooms, all around the ground outside rooms where like 20 dead cockroaches in a line on their backs. Rooms are very affordable and I understand you get what yuk ou pay for but I personally would not return to hotel after my experience.

Great stay close to the promenade and beaches, supermarket and only a 10min drive from the airport. The apartment itself was great however there were ants in the kitchen, no air con and the pool outside is not heated and no access past 8. Didn’t matter too much though as we had the top apartment with balcony and just went to the beach to swim :-) very quiet and no disruptions. Did not refil the daily coffee/tea however. Would stay again
