Casa Risco is a stunning and exceptionally spacious villa, meticulously furnished to the highest standards. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a grand entrance hall that leads to an expansive living room featuring a picture window and patio doors that gracefully open onto the inviting pool area. The pool area is a secluded oasis, offering a sheltered and private retreat. This villa is nestled in a tranquil villa residential neighborhood above the historic Old Town of Puerto del Carmen, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay.



The lounge area is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring comfortable sofas and offering Internet TV with UK channels, a music system, and a DVD player. Additionally, patio doors open up to a sun terrace, and to enhance comfort, two fans are provided.



The kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, boasting a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, and a coffee machine. For added convenience, there's a utility room downstairs equipped with a washing machine.



The villa comprises three inviting bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a double bed, fitted wardrobes, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a comfortable double bed and fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom offers twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Each bedroom is equipped with coin-operated air conditioning and heating for your comfort.



The villa includes two bathrooms. The en suite bathroom comes with a separate shower, and there's a family shower room with a separate shower. Both bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers.



The villa's design ensures accessibility, with all living areas on one level and the pool featuring Roman-style steps. The swimming pool is a rectangular oasis, measuring 6.5m x 4.5m, with depths ranging from 1.20m to 1.50m. Access is easy with Roman steps, and the pool can be electrically heated during the winter months (Oct - June) and solar heated in the summer.
