'Het was top. Het enige nadeel was dat het dakraam in de suite geen verduisterend gordijn had. Dus zodra de zon opkomt is het heel erg licht in de slaapkamer. Heel vriendelijke dame aan de balie en meneer bij het ontbijt. Mooi, schoon hotel. Lekker rustig.'

'Breakfast is great, so are the rooms and hotel. But the guest service is not what one may expect. Not oriented towards problem solving. They block credit from you card, so you can spend in the hotel and pay at the end. But registration takes too much time and last time the hotel unblocked the money after one month. Not acceptable! The Spa is poor for a hotel like this. The big Turkish spa/hamam smelled really molded. Meaning it is not clean. They do treatment for couples but in seperate rooms!...

'Everything was clean, well organized. I missed out on the spa. Maybe it was open during the day but I was out all day during my days there. The included breakfast buffet had a good variety.'

'The food is tasteless, the hotel is outdated, there is a shortage of staff, and the chefs handle the food without wearing gloves. I saw one chef wipe his nose and then touch the food with the same hands. The hotel shares a beach with a public beach, and people from outside come in and disturb the guests. This was the worst 5-star hotel I have ever seen — absolutely terrible.'
