'We loved the two outdoor spaces as it gave us room to entertain our family who live on Arran. We had fabulous weather so it was lovely to be able to sit in the sun or shade as preferred. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds comfortable. Ian was very helpful. The location is amazing- walking distance to everything.'

'This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!'

'Large group of us stayed here for a friend’s stag do and we all had a brilliant time. The villa was nice with plenty of room for everyone, the beds were comfortable, the garden was massive and the hot tub was amazing. The location was also spot on with loads of places to eat and drink in the town centre. There was also the option of going into Glasgow as the train station was only a short walk from the villa. 'We had a wonderful stay at the South Lodge April 17-20, 2025. Gillian was a pleasure to work with and answered all of our questions immediately. The home is how it looks in the pictures. Lots of space and ample bedrooms and washrooms. We never used the bar/pool table room as it has a separate entrance from the house and very low ceilings. The only issue we had was that the garbage and recycling bins were full and we had no where to put our garbage and recycling. The cleaning staff said they...
