Communication was perfect and owners were patient when we didn't promptly respond to given spotty cellular access on our road trip through Yosemite and Sequoia.'

'We arrived to a property that was littered in trash (see picture for reference) and without power. When we called the host to discuss or check-in issues, we were told we could vacate the property or remain and receive a 50% discount. We opted to leave but the host still refused to refund the 250 cleaning fee even though we left within 15 mins upon arrival. Terrible service and a terrible experience. Find somewhere else to stay.'
