Er viel absoluut niet te praten over het opschuiven van de boeking. Het is mij niet duidelijk geworden of dit wel kon. Als het hotel op 17 vol was geboekt heb ik daar begrip voor. Maar de receptie gaf daar geen uitsluitsel over. Ik heb de nacht tot 20 gewoon bij moeten betalen. Ik vond de receptie bot en met onvoldoende beheersing van het Engels'
