'The property was very convenient to my seminar. The staff on Friday 4/26/2024 was excellent. She was prompt and polite. She informed me that coffee was available for 24 hours. On Sunday morning, I went for coffee at 5 AM, and Jonathon informed me that breakfast was from 6-9 am. I explained that I had coffee the previous morning at 5 am and he repeated, Breakfast is from 6-9 AM so I had to wait until 6 AM for coffee. The room was clean and charming. '

'Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is well decorated, and the rooms are comfortable and well taken care of. The common area's (hallways, etc.) could use a bit more attention and better cleaning. We also had the unfortunate situation that a leak occurred in our room during our stay (water dripping from the ceiling into our bed). The staff however moved us into another room directly and offered free breakfast, great way to handle such a situation! Breakfast was very good.'

'The room was very nice and clean. But the bed did not suit me or my wife. It was too firm for our comfort. Also the bathroom, although clean and well kept, needs some improvements for handicap accessibility. The toilet seems very low and there are no handicap rails except in the tub. A large person has trouble getting up from the toilet.'
