'The room was very clean, and the continental breakfast was one of the best I've had. The little cheese omelets and fresh salsa was so good. The shower in our room did not hve a grab bar, so I didn't feel steady getting in and out of the shower.'

'The sheets on one of the beds were used and not changed. There were swet and blood stains on the sheet. When I asked for a refund the employee couldn’t give me one. The manager didn’t pick up the phone when he called him. We had to come back tomorrow when the manager was there. No we can’t, we wouldn’t be in Santa Fe anymore. We had to come to the lobby yesterday and they would have given us another room. My husband was already sleeping and I was ready to go to bed. Should we pack up everything...
