She charged me twice after already telling her I paid the booking and then followed up with a refund which could have been prevented if she had listened the first time and I have to wait for me to get my reimbursement back. 'De kamer (139) was op zich schoon en voldoende uitgerust, maar er kropen mieren rond in de kamer en badkamer. Het bed was erg smal voor 2 en was pal naast de airco gesitueerd, de airco moest uitgezet worden voor het slapen gaan anders was het te koud en erg storend. Parkeren kan direct voor de deur en is erg fijn.'

'Staff member I encountered was sweet. Door was a bit of a pain to open initially. Possibly operator error. Bathroom had a beetle next to toilet. Floor was dirty. Our bare feet were dingy quickly, would recommend slippers/shoes. Halfway through night put hand under long grey pillow, that doubles as a headboard, & came out with sand and other unknown things. Since it sits on top of bedding I questioned if it had been changed. Room was quiet despite proximity to Central & I25. Was impressed...

'The sheets on one of the beds were used and not changed. There were swet and blood stains on the sheet. When I asked for a refund the employee couldn’t give me one. The manager didn’t pick up the phone when he called him. We had to come back tomorrow when the manager was there. No we can’t, we wouldn’t be in Santa Fe anymore. We had to come to the lobby yesterday and they would have given us another room. My husband was already sleeping and I was ready to go to bed. Should we pack up everything...

'gedoe met verkeerde kamer, dan kamer vies (kots in wasbak en verstopt) nieuwe kamer beter maar werd volgende dag s'avonds schoongemaakt en gemakshalve al mn spullen eruitgehaald. (zitten in je koffer...) Redelijk wat gedoe om mn stekkers terug te krijgen. S'nachts ruziënde figuren opgevoerde trucks die rondrijden. Niet handig na lange vlucht. Status hotel, niet best. Geen wifi, vervallen, balkon verzakt en jongen bij receptie is onverschillig en misschien onder invloed. Pro's Rudy's barbeque,...
