'This property was absolutely fascinating. If we could give it 10 stars we would. We stayed in the hummingbird suite and it was breathtaking. The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. The drinks were very yummy and the pool’s temperature was perfect. We had one in our room also and it was also great. I can’t stop raving about this place. Our favorite boutique hotel so far.'

'Very friendly staff . Our flight got there a few hours early and they allowed us to check in which was amazing. Francisco went above and beyond to take our bags into our room and showed us around the hotel. This location is walking distance from the Malecón which is the shopping strip with lots of vendors. 10/10 would recommend. I plan on coming back next year'

'Muy buena ubicación respecto a aeropuerto. Muy buena atención en recepción. Estacionamiento seguro. Pero cuarto muy ruidoso por motores. Luz exterior de pasillo no se apaga , no te deja dormir bien porque no hay manera de bloquearla y se cuela por la ventana. Habia cabello ajeno en las dos camas. El baño pésimo. 'Beautiful, spacious room looking out to Banderas Bay. Well maintained and well serviced. Great amenities - access to the beach, lots of restaurants/bars, gym, lots of pools to chose from. The food was great and the service was in the majority of cases, flawless and friendly. Only one slight issue with one restaurant waiter who took issue with us not tipping above the already included service charges and gratuities. 'Desde que llegamos la estadía fue excelente. Tuvimos que cambiar de hotel y nos dejaron hacer un check in temprano junto con un upgrade en la habitación. Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Las instalaciones están nuevas, habitaciones limpias y excelentes. La verdad lo recomiendo ampliamente.'

'It’s a good hotel in a great location. If you are looking for high end you won’t find that here. The hotel serves its purpose. Perfect location, helpful staff, has a restaurant on site. Small pool overlooking the ocean. I would definitely stay here again, would just try to get a bigger room.'

'Avoid this place if you can. My room was noisy, very dark and had a terrible chemical smell. No bedside lamps, only extremely bright ceiling lights. No visitors allowed. There’s a small pool on the roof but all the chairs were constantly claimed, even on a weekday. Some staff members were friendly. Location was good. '

'Es un súper hotel, desde que llegas la atención es increíble. Lo que más me gustó es que tiene su zona para puro adulto (en la hacienda) y el ambiente ahí es muy tranquilo. Los diferentes restaurantes son una maravilla y la comida ni se diga. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y tienen de todo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.'

'Hotel stay was great besides the fact that we missed a whole day of our trip due to flight delays and we aren’t able to receive any reimbursement. And we were offered any sort of compensation or vouchers for the inconvenience. This isn’t the hotels fault it’s Expedias fault. They should be the ones to reimburse us. They just tell me they can’t do anything for us. So we paid for a 4 day vacation and only got a 3 day. '
