'The Sheraton Bougainvillea was perfect! The impeccable service from Orlando, Carlos and Joel during breakfast, to Isabel at the pool, we couldn’t have been treated more courteously or respectfully. Everyone was helpful and everything was tastefully thought out, from the blackout curtains in the rooms to the fun mariachis and bands that made our stay so memorable and fun. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to return!'

'I was a little disappointed by the restaurants time and daily availability but I believe it was just their low season. Aside from that everyone was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.'

'I was moved from the Express to the Inn and Suites. Everything was good for the price. The only disappointment was there is free breakfast at the Express and not at the Suites. Part of the reason I chose the express as it was just for a night and I was leaving in the morning. I did not ask to be moved. Pool area was great and gym did the trick for me weak workouts.
