**IMPORTANT**
Our HOA requires a copy of your ID and signed contract within 48 hours of booking. By proceeding to book, you agree to this and to the house rules below:

- Please be mindful of the 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM quiet time.

- Charcoal and gas grills are strictly prohibited on the patio by the HOA. However, there is plenty of bbq grill by the pool.

- You may not hang anything on the patio per the HOA rule.

- All visitors MUST have prior approval from us the host. Visitors are NOT allowed to stay overnight in the condo.

- Under any circumstances, you must NOT cover, reposition, or tampered with the ring doorbell and patio cameras.
