Unfortunately, this hotel does not live up to the Hilton name. Upon arrival, we had to change our family room twice — the first room had a toilet that hadn’t been cleaned, and the second had an unpleasant smell. Thankfully, the third room was fine, and the front desk handled the switch efficiently.
The pool was not well maintained and appeared dirty. Breakfast on our first morning was very chaotic — the staff couldn’t keep up, resulting in a lack of utensils, bowls, and many dirty tables. Fortunately, this situation improved on the second morning.
Tip for the hotel: during breakfast, consider unlocking the terrace door temporarily to allow easier access without requiring guests to scan their key cards every time they go in and out.
