'Everything about our stay was great. I would definitely stay there again or recommend the property for anyone looking for a place to stay in the Hamptons. The property seems to have recently been updated and it looks great. My entire group enjoyed their stay. The location is also very convenient.'

'This is a pet and family friendly home however the listing does not tell you that you have to share the backyard with the occupants of the garden cottage. The lovely beach is close by but we were told to walk through the overgrown woods to get there and 5 out of the 8 of us got ticks on them. A neighbor informed us we could rather walk down very nice wooden stairs to the beach. The property owner should have informed us. The house is very hot with no central air conditioning. The outdoor seating...
