'We had a few hiccups, not the owners fault, it was a roofer issue. The owner resolved the issue and communicated with us effectively! This is a great place to stay. Me and my siblings had a blast. We did a lot of fishing which was excellent and a ton of laughing. Randy and Ruth definitely have a gem in this place.'

My only recommendations would be to replace the recliner which is pretty broken down and update some of the kitchen ware. 'This was an annual weekend getaway with the girls.This was a tough one, guys! Sunrise Beach is known for its steep hills, and the weather did not cooperate with our weekend. It was below freezing the entire weekend, which prevented any snow from melting, although the host did try to accommodate our arrival. 'Overall, this was a great property. Check-in was easy through the Vrbo app. Code entry means you don’t have to have a key to carry around. Plenty of room for two cars. Kitchen and plenty of utensils and space. Sleeping arrangements were OK as we had us in one room and all of the kids in the other room. If it was three couples, somebody would have to share a room. 'This house is a great location and a wonderful house for a family trip. Loved the swim dock and the marina pavillon had great games and a wonderful place to hang out. Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend staying here.'
