One hiccup back in 1917 during Irish weekend we had disruptive "neighbors" who played loud music late into the night (speaker set on a table outside our suite) and left their alcohol bottles (glass) all along the upper level walkway. This was not cool. Mentioned it to the man at check out, but he didn't seem concerned.

'room was very nice but lacked a reading light...fairly dark. pool was great but some people left towels on chairs to reserve space and then left pool area leaving newly arriving people with no chairs'

'Excellent option for families! Convenient location to the beach and walking distance to all area attractions. Love the beach service, no need to pack towels or beach chairs. The pools were both fantastic! Will definitely return!'

'Very nice place. Clean for the most part. Had to switch rooms. First room very clean. Second room had dirty bathroom floor and bed sheets were worn and pilling. Overall i would say if they provided a little single use coffee witj creamers in the room that would be cool. They do offer coffee in lobby but only after 7pm. '

'This place was fantastic. When I booked the reservation I told them we were celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary and there was a cold bottle of champagne waiting in the room. The king suite was gorgeous. Excellent location and beautiful beach. '

'Staff was very good and polite. The rooms a bit out dated but kept in good condition. The shades for the window do need to be thicker or something. I woke up thinking it was at least 7 in the morning and it was 3am LOL. Way to bright. Stay was great,.nice pool, nice staff.'

'This is our second year coming to Pyramid Resort. We will definitely be coming back for a third. This place is clean, fun, friendly, etc. For the price it is a steal. Definitely recommend this to anyone.'

'Our room must have been recently remodeled. Freshly painted walls, laminate flooring, quiet air-conditioning unit. Tile flooring and walls in bathroom with a walk in shower. The shower head water was coming out in a trickle. We notified the front desk and within a few minutes the maintenance man came in and replaced the shower head.
